It takes a lot to navigate the emotion of a separation and feel confident your kids’ needs are being met.

The toughest part? Knowing they’re the ones who bear the brunt of it when things are strained.

But with the right tools and skills, effective co-parenting is possible.

Whether you’re just starting out or you’ve been struggling for a while to co-parent with an ex, we can help.

What we do

We’re the UK’s first and leading co-parent coaching practice.

We work with separated parents to enable them to communicate effectively and provide a stable and secure co-parent environment for their kids.

We teach essential insights, skills and tools that help you:

  • Manage emotions around communicating with your ex
  • Create a co-parent framework that puts the wellbeing of your kids front and centre
  • Become effective at joint decision-making with your co-parent

It’s possible, even if you don’t like your ex!
